WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The following warranty conditions are valid for every new dough rolling machine, dough cutting and rolling machine, dough cutting machine, pizza rolling machine, lavash rolling machine, kestarter and stick shape machine sold under the warranty of FERSAH MAKİNA.
The warranty period is 2 years from the product delivery date.
During the warranty period, the customer is not charged any fee for the repair and replacement of parts of our products caused by manufacturing, assembly and material.
The travel and accommodation expenses of the installer for the on-site repair of the malfunctions that may occur within 2 years of the machines located outside the city belong to the customer. There is no charge for replaced or repaired parts.
In our out-of-town sales, spare parts will be sent free of charge (shipping fee belongs to the customer) for faults that do not require on-site repair.
If the defects under warranty can be repaired technically, the part is not completely replaced. However, repairs are carried out under warranty.
Balls, oils, conveyor belts, cutting blades, etc. that may wear out during normal use and need to be changed over time. parts are out of warranty.
In our overseas sales, spare parts support is provided free of charge for production faults during the 2-year warranty (shipping costs belong to the buyer).
Failures in electrical panels and materials of the machines due to the user's electrical installation are not covered by the warranty.
The maximum repair period for products under warranty is 7 working days.
Cargo and warehouse fees to be spent for sending the products under warranty to our company belong to the customer.
These warranty terms are valid for the products sold by FERSAH MAKİNA. In case of any malfunction that may occur during the warranty period, our customers can contact customer service and get support from our technical service.
